In all of the Bay Area, Cesar Chavez Elementary School in San Francisco has the least physically fit 5th graders with none of the fifth grade students passing all six health and fitness tests administered by the state of California, while 83 percent of the 5th graders at Sycamore Valley Elementary School in Danville pass.
